WHEN WILL MY COZYSTREET ORDER ARRIVE?
1. Most orders are shipped with 24 Hours and will take 1-5 business days to arrive. Oversize items like sofas will take 3-7 Business Days for delivery and will be delivered curbside by freight carrier. We offer white glove delivery for an additional fee - please contact us at Help@CozyStreet.com if you have any questions or concerns.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order before it ships. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy.
Damages: If something came in damaged, lost in transit, or we made a mistake an shipped you the wrong item, let us know and we'll rush you a replacement right away at no cost to you.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please let us know asap and we will do so as long as the item has not shipped. Once the order is picked up by the shipping company we can not cancel it and you will have to send it back to us for a refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can ship it back to us for a refund within 30 days of your order.
Exchanges: If something came in damaged, we will exchange right away at no additional costs to you. If you want to exchange your another one in different color or style - please contact us so we can help make the arrangements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
